How booking works

Browse boats and liveaboard trips across Indonesia. Filter by destination and travel dates to narrow things down, then open a ship to see everything it offers.

Each ship lists its dated departures — the actual sailings you can book, with their itineraries, cabins, and prices.

Pick the departure that suits you and choose a cabin. Availability is limited per sailing, so the spots and prices you see are the ones being sold right now. Once you start checkout, Mantavaya places a short hold on your cabin so it stays yours — and the price stays fixed — while you finish the details.

Enter each traveler’s details — name, passport, and an emergency contact — so the operator has what they need to prepare for your trip. You have 15 minutes to complete this while your hold is active; if it lapses, you can simply start again.

Check your trip summary and total before you pay. You can view prices in your display currency (US Dollars or Indonesian Rupiah); payment itself is charged in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

To pay, you’re taken to our PCI-compliant payment provider (NCB Nustar / Artajasa) to enter your card details on their secure hosted page, then returned to Verafi. Verafi never sees or stores your full card number.

Once your payment completes, your booking is confirmed and you land on a confirmation page with your booking reference. A confirmation email follows shortly after.

From there you can message the operator directly about your trip — arrival times, boarding location, and anything else you need to know before you set sail.
